New members welcome!

We publish a magazine for members four times a year, with news of the loco and plenty of photographs; articles, too, about the loco's past, and other matters of railway interest. We are able to provide model railway equipment at very special prices and additionally we have a number of promotional goods the sale of which all contributes towards the maintenance of our splendid locomotive. In addition to our AGM a number of social events occur from time to time and are advertised in our magazine Chime. Whether you wish to get involved a lot or a little, your support will be welcome

Gift Aid
If you pay tax Gift Aid is a scheme by which you can give a sum of money to charity and the charity can reclaim from the Inland Revenue basic rate tax on your gift. This increases the value of the gift you make to the charity. Membership subscriptions can also be paid to a charity through Gift Aid. If you are a higher rate tax payer you can claim relief on the difference between the basic rate and the higher rate of tax.
Please do consider helping the Trust in this way - a Gift Aid declaration may be downloaded from here.
